Management of apartment owner associations /estate in severalty

Currently we manage around 2,700 units in more than 80 properties in our department for apartment owner associations. Added to these are a further approximately 1,300 units for which we have also assumed tenant management (estate in severalty management). For each property under our management there is a main contact partner in charge, who prepares direct reports for each owner and is available for answering questions during business hours.
