„Jubilee Property no. 100“

20 years after we modernised our first old building in Berlin, we made it! In 2003 we refurbished our 100th old building on Hufelandstrasse. Shortly afterwards, this achievement in modernisation won second place in the Immobilienawardberlin 2005, the Berlin award for real estate. An excellent reason for us to present this building to you in a separate feature.
