Apartment building management

Our clients include investors at home and abroad. In their name we currently manage around 2,300 residential and commercial units in 70 buildings.

This is especially helpful for those clients who are not so familiar with the Berlin residential market; owing to our excellent knowledge of the market we offer them the opportunity of identifying and realising potentials for value increase. We reduce vacancies, optimise rents and if required modernise the state of the residence.

In addition, we offer our clients on request a monthly report service, which we place online and which leaves no questions unasked or unanswered. The report service is available in German or in English, as desired.
