Property management: more service

We currently manage around 5,000 residential and commercial units in more than 170 buildings in Berlin for our national and international clients. For the comprehensive management of the respective real estate, we split it into a technical and an administrative area and assign the responsibility for the respective service to two employees. Thus, the “technician” is responsible for example for apartment inspections and transfers when there is a change of renters or otherwise the initiation and monitoring of repairs and maintenance. Our administrative employee on the other hand manages the complete rent bookkeeping, the dunning process and the executing of rent increases. In order to comply with the requirements of the varied owner and legal structure, which differs the management of an apartment owners associations from an undivided apartment building, our property management is divided into the areas Management of apartment owner associations /estate in severalty and Apartment building management for single owners.
