We have been managing closed real estate funds in the form of civil law associations for more than 20 years now. In over 90 associations, more than 2,500 investors have transferred company management of their real estate funds to us, with a total investment of more than 500 million euros. Together with the associations we develop business strategies, negotiate with banks in their name, deal with the current business affairs of the individual fund associations, and control property management in the implementation of adopted decisions.
