Modernising old buildings & project development

In 1983 we carried out the first modernisation project of an Old Berlin apartment building on the property at the corner of Hildegard- and Schramstrasse in Berlin -Wilmersdorf. Since then we have modernised another 100 old buildings and more, with 2,824 apartments and 186 commercial units on an area of over 240,000 m².

We attach particular importance to the preservation of historic building substance in façades, staircases and apartments, the remodelling of attics into new residential facilities, also the renovation of courtyards and the technical infrastructure of the buildings.
